Polyurethane (PU) Waterproofing

Brick Bat Coba Waterproofing
Brick bat coba is an age-old waterproofing technique widely practiced across India for terrace protection. It starts with applying a waterproof plaster layer, followed by laying brick bats (flat stones) over a slope, and then finishing with a cement screed. This slope ensures water drains off properly, reducing the risk of water stagnation. This method uses a blend of cement-based waterproof materials mixed with water to create a slurry, which is then spread over the terrace surface using a brush or trowel. Though it’s not as flexible as other methods, it is still highly effective for basic terrace waterproofing needs.
